How this will affect you:

Starting on 9/9 all video visits will be conducted via Zoom integration with Epic.

1. All Patients and Providers will be required to install Zoom application on iOS and Android devices or the Zoom plug in for desktop/laptops

2. Provider and Patient visit workflow will largely remain the same

3. Upon beginning the visit within Haiku/Canto/MyChart/Connect will launch the Zoom application

4. Providers and patients will not need to log into Zoom
