Schedule and Sick Call Policy
Schedule
Find your schedule 1-2 months in advance at amion.com.
PASSWORD: chony (all lower case)
The chiefs use amion to create the schedules. To view the schedule, there is no need to create an account. Just find the login input box and type in the staff password: chony. In the upper left corner click on Block and in the middle dropdown, you will find the various rotators and your names.
Also remember to check the orange schedule for your Farrell assignments: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YJrvhx9wRLcVB9eyQJFgEGQpwq8zqdsWg7O6RZoiiqI/edit?usp=sharing
If you have never used amion before, you might find this reference useful.
Sick Call Policy
If you are not feeling well and will be missing inpatient pediatrics, please first call the CHONY chief mobile phone (917-822-2673) and then call the family medicine chief on call (to their personal phone number). If the family medicine chief on call does not answer please try one of the other chiefs until you reach someone. Please also send an email including the pediatric seniors, CHONY chiefs, Family Medicine chiefs, rotation liason (Dr. Aury Garcia) and Dr. Paladine.
If you are not feeling well and will be missing a Farrell session while on the pediatrics rotation please refer to the FHC rotation information for the sick call policy.

Please check in with the rotation liaison at any time to discuss any concerns and or changes in the rotation/resources provided on this page.
Residents are expected to complete rotation evaluations on Mehhub which are anonymous and will be compiled and reviewed every 6 months.
You are highly encouraged to ask for feedback at anytime during the rotation to improve your clinical skills. Consider providing your seniors/attending this form: Peds Inpt Rotation Eval.pdf
PLEASE send Dr. Garcia the names of your seniors and attending the first week of the rotation so that we can reach out for formal rotation feedback at the end of your two weeks.
